As your Inspirational Coach, I will:

	Support you in getting excited…and staying excited…about your life; thereby building the necessary momentum to create change for your ultimate success.
	I will listen, observe and individualize my coaching to your specific needs. I will seek to elicit solutions and strategies from you by posing powerful questions and providing specific feedback.
	Help you stretch and reach for all that you desire and all that desires you. And, I will provide support and motivation, to enhance the skills, resources and creativity you already have.
	Work with you to identify the standards in your life that need to be raised to achieve greater results and then hold you, lovingly, to those standards. Therefore, I will hold you accountable to carry out a series of mutually agreed-upon “action items,” in order to propel your goals forward.
	Support you without judgment and teach you how to turn negative self-talk and personal obstacles and judgments into a positive and energizing new identity.

How does Reach for the Stars…Inspirational Coaching work?

Reaching for One Star at a time!

 
Coaching can be viewed as a partnership between two individuals ~ the Client and the Coach ~ who bring their talents together to determine how the “show” can be improved and enhanced to create even better results. You, the Client, are the Star of the show, as well as the Director and the Producer. You are the creative, wise, intelligent, resourceful, loving and capable one in the partnership. The Coach plays a very important role as a Production Assistant and is there to support your magnificence performance and helping you to recognize and unleash your unique assets, skills, talents and gifts. Together, we organize the details, rewrite the scenes, and boost your performance so that your “dream show” is a resounding success!!!

Letting go of the metaphor for a moment, the coaching relationship has the tremendous power to literally and figuratively transform your life. And, in order for that to happen, the quality of that relationship is the most important key. When the Client is ready for transformation, this is reflected in committed, motivated, and enthusiastic thoughts, language and actions. When the Coach is the right coach, this is reflected in their ability to provide comfort and support, to add specific tools to life's toolbox and to elicit an empowered and grateful state of being.

It all begins and ends with you…the Star!

	You identify one situation you want to change, one goal you want to achieve or one challenge you feel you can't overcome without support.
	You complete the “Way to Inspiration” and email or mail to me.
	I contact you back, either by email or snail mail, with an outline of your individualized Strategy To Always Reach for the Stars (STARS). It contains my suggestions for a step-by-step process for you. It includes the minimal amount of time/sessions* I will need to connect with you in person, on the phone or on-line, and the costs. It also includes my suggestions for activities for you to undertake.
	When you are ready to hire me as your Inspirational Coach, you sign the intention and agreement form ~ the last page of your STARS ~ and return it to me with payment.
	We reach for one star at a time! Chances are…changing this one situation, achieving this one goal or overcoming this one challenge…will initiate a domino-effect; transforming many more aspects of your life.
	If you decide to use the STARS suggestions without the coaching… GOOD for you! That means you are on the way to inspiration and the STARS outline is all you need to succeed; a win-win for both of us!

Now, the process truly begins…

* Remember…you are the star of your show! The majority of the effort will need to be done by you. For this reason, my intention for my time interacting with you is that it be a minimal amount. Our sessions are meant to remind, empower, teach, support, cheerlead, motivate, etc…and are only one small part of the process. It is what happens outside of the sessions that gives us feedback about your progress. All along the way, you will direct the depth and breadth of the sessions and the strategies will set the pace because this is your show!

What are the costs for Inspirational Coaching?

Every Client has unique needs and goals, so more than likely, the fees for services will be unique as well. In general, the Coaching rate is $100 per hour. All fees are paid prior to the service being provided. There are no other fees, however, your STARS may suggest that additional services or products be purchased such as: a gym membership, books or tapes, educational seminars, therapeutic programs, etc.
